HOLLOW AND HEARTH
Thank you for choosing Hollow & Hearth. These terms exist to protect both your experience and the care that goes into each session. By paying a retainer or proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following.

All sessions require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
This retainer is deducted from your chosen collection.Maternity, Newborn, Families, Couples, Cake Smash, Boudoir: $100 retainer
Seasonal minis: Retainer may vary to accommodate to session requirements. Retainers vary from $50-$200
Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation or no-show.

Full payment is due by the date specified in your booking proposal. No less then 48 hours from your session.
Additional upgrades may be applied after your session at $300 package upgrade
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card, and Afterpay
Card processing fees may apply
Prices are subject to change at any time and are locked in once a retainer is paid.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will forfeit the deposit.
If I need to cancel due to illness or emergency, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date of your choice.
For newborn sessions, we understand babies arrive on their own schedule — your due date holds a tentative booking and we will confirm once baby arrives.

Sessions are scheduled intentionally to allow for a calm, unrushed experience.
Studio sessions are held primarily on weekdays between 9am and 4pm
Weekend and after-hours sessions may be available by request and may incur a surcharge
Public holiday sessions are by request only and incur a $100 surcharge

Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time.
For studio sessions, please allow time to settle in, especially with little ones.
Newborn sessions are baby-led and may take 2-3 hours including feeds and settling time.

Sessions may take place in the studio or at an outdoor location that holds meaning for you.
Sessions outside a 60km radius from Pimpama may incur a travel fee.
Travel beyond South East Queensland and Northern NSW is available by request
Worldwide travel is considered for all sessions. Travel costs are ontop of packages and are required to be paid in full so travel arrangements can be made.

Images are typically delivered within 2-5 weeks of your session via a private online gallery.
During busy periods (Christmas, spring), turnaround may extend to 4-7 weeks.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee — please enquire.
Unedited, raw images are not provided, as they serve as the foundation for the final edited work.
Screenshots, downloads, or sharing of unpurchased images is strictly prohibited.

All prints and products are ordered through professional labs to ensure the highest quality.
Prices for prints and products are available upon request.
Products are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks of ordering.

Hollow & Hearth is a calm, respectful space.
Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward Stephanie, staff, or equipment will result in immediate session cancellation without refund. Service may be refused at any time.

By booking a session, you grant permission for images to be used in my portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise specified in writing.
If you prefer your images to remain private, please let me know before your session and I will honour your request.
I will never sell your images to third parties.

All images remain the copyright of Hollow & Hearth Photography.
Personal print release is included with all digital packages — you may print images for personal use.
Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Please do not edit, crop, or apply filters to images. They are delivered as a finished product.

While every care is taken, Hollow & Hearth Photography is not liable for any injury or loss during a session.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of their children at all times during outdoor sessions.
For newborn sessions, safety is my absolute priority. I am trained in safe newborn posing and will never put your baby in an unsafe position.

In the event of circumstances beyond my control (severe weather, illness, family emergency, government restrictions), sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
I am not liable for circumstances that prevent me from fulfilling a booking due to events outside my control.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your gallery.
I am committed to resolving any issues and ensuring you are happy with your images.
